Reservations and Payments: A NON REFUNDABLE special event deposit of $250.00 per person is needed to confirm reservations.
Late payments/Bookings: A late payment fee of $25.00 per person applies to all payments and/or bookings received within 45 days prior to departure. In addition, Express Mail charges will apply if necessary.
Cancellations Scheduled Air: Tickets are non refundable and non changeable.
A minimum fee of $175.00 per ticket will be charged and all changes are subject to availability.
Cancellation Land : A charge of $250.00 per person applies in all cases after booking is made. If cancellation takes place: 45 to 15 days prior to departure, the cancellation fee is $350.00 per person.
Within 14 to 7 days prior to departure, the cancellation fee is $50% per person.
6 to 0 days prior to departure, no refund.
Passport/Visas: These items are solely the responsibility of each individual traveler. US Citizens require only a valid passport at the time of printing. Non-US Citizens may have additional requirements. Check with your travel agent or Consulate for more information.
Refunds: Claims must be made by mail no later than 30 days after termination of trip. In all cases a $25.00 administration fee will be deducted from amount of refund. We regret that due to special contracts and conditions agreed with the apartments and hotels overseas, NO REFUNDS CAN BE MADE FOR UNUSED ACCOMMODATIONS AND SERVICES. Tour Operator reserves the right to cancel any tour. In the event of such cancellation, all monies received by the tour operator will be refunded in full.
Insurance: Occasionally unforeseen circumstances arise which may cause you to either cancel or interrupt your vacation: Comtours, Inc. strongly advises the purchase of trip cancellation. Available upon request, and/or sent with documents.
Changes: After a reservation has been made and confirmed by us in writing, any changes made to it is subject to a REVISION FEE of $25.00 per person. If air tickets must be reissued, there will be an additional fee of $25.00 plus any applicable airlines fees |

One Week Packages: include only 6 nights. All additional weeks are 7 nights.
Brochure Prices: Departure and AIRPORT SECURITY TAX per person must be added to all prices that include air.
All tour prices include planning and operating expenses and hence the price charged may differ on occasions from the published hotel or tour tariffs.
Tour prices might be revised if the dollar rate of exchange in Europe should drop further and additional collection might be requested prior to departure.
Hotels and Apartments: Although no changes are anticipated, the Tour Operator reserves the right to substitute comparable hotels or apartments if local conditions necessitate.
Responsibility: Comtours, Inc. 1290 Bassett Road, Westlake (Cleveland) Ohio 44145-1115, and/or their agents and offices and/or suppliers of services pursuant to or in connection with these itineraries, shall act only as agents for the passenger in making arrangements for hotels, transportation, restaurants, or any other service and do not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury damage, death, loss, accident or delay to person or property due to an act of negligence or default of any hotel, carrier, restaurant, company or person rendering any of the services included in the tour, or by act of God. Further no responsibilities are accepted for any damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, war or any act thereof, weather or other causes beyond their personal control. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expense, omissions, delays, rerouting or acts of any government or authority. The right is reserved to withdraw any program in this folder and/or make such changes in the program(s) as may be found desirable for the convenience of the parties and the proper carrying out of tour(s). Air Fares: Low promotional restricted special and non-refundable air fares are used in conjunction with these tours. Space at these rates is limited and subject to availability and some air supplements may apply to certain departures.
